So first we have a bunch of backstory I’d prefer to have subs for since I still don’t get why it had to be that specific day for Yuushou to disappear at, but okay. Subs will clear it up. I’m sure.

Then Edo somehow managed to cripple Yuushou for life and I wonder how Solid Vision hasn’t broken anyone else’s bones yet.

Also, Asuka, please, a bit of common sense. Turning people into cards is never okay, even if they are duelists. I wonder why literally everyone in this anime thinks it’s okay to kill people because they are duelists (except for the Lancers anyway).

For some reason, random Osiris students don’t question the fact that they enjoy basically killing people and keep counting how many they have carded. 

But hey, this is the Fusion Dimension, and I kinda like that we get to see how twisted their mindset is.

Bonus points to Sky Magician for having an attack animation that reminds me of Masquerade Magician.

Then all of the GX cameos. I really didn’t expect the 5 fodder children to all have GX decks, but they did, and it was amazing. Also, random Misawa lookalike spotted. 

AND YUURI GOD YUURI YUURI IS AMAZING PLEASE NEVER STOP

also look at his face when he attacks Ojama King. He hates it because it’s ugly. I’m amazed. 

Also his mindset regarding egao is interesting. Basically, “dyueru wa shoubu da”. And he’s not even wrong. If there’s a loser and a winner, rarely ever everyone is happy.

And yeah then he killed the fodder children

Bonus points for his exchange with Yuzu. The fact that Yuuri shares his VA with Yuuya made this scene so much better. When Yuzu refers to Yuuri as “him” (aitsu), Yuuri immediately requests her to call his name with that tone and I JUST LOVE YUURI OKAY 

and then Yuugo gets trolled by the bracelet

also he finally knows Yuzu isn’t dead and Asuka probably wonders why Yuzu knows too many people with the same face

Sayaka actually plays Kotori’s deck. Can someone tell me why and how she survived until now? I wouldn’t be surprised if Allen actually played Anna’s or Yuuma’s deck. xD

oh yeah and

the ENDING ANIMATION WAS GLORIOUS
